Staging tip: “The nice thing about bonus rooms is that they allow a great flexibility in terms of use and furnishing. This room, for example, was used by the owner as an office, but we decided to stage it as a lounge mainly for two reasons. First, to show the space without the distraction that computers, printers and consequently lots of cables and wires create. Second, to highlight the presence of a sauna (yes, indeed!) that was installed on the opposite side of the room. When it comes to bonus rooms it is always better to analyze the details of the room before creating a staging plan”.
