Home staging tip: Sometimes the placement of a sofa and a chair doesn’t work in home staging, like in this example, where a chair would have blocked the view of the fireplace and would have also shrunk a space that was already quite tight. To compensate for the absence of a chair, we decided to use an extra large sofa instead.
