Home staging tip: This is more like a post-home staging tip since today we are going to talk about real estate twilight photography. Many agents request twilight photos because they showcase the property lighting, but most of all because they look appealing and inviting, and they quickly grab the buyer’s attention. From a photographer’s point of view though, they require more time to edit in post-production and an extra trip in order to be on the premises at dusk, or better, during the blue hour, the moment during which the sun is right below the horizon and the indirect sunlight becomes predominantly blue. That said, the agents offering this services have the advantage to differentiate themselves from the competition.
