Home staging tip: It is always a good idea to freshen up a bathroom if your plan is to sell your house. And you can do it on a budget as well. This powder room was partially covered by wallpaper and instead of removing it we decided to cover it with an inexpensive paneling that was painted the same color of the walls. The sink was old and needed to be replaced, however, we kept the faucet and the towel bar. Also, in order to give it a more modern look, we used small subway tiles for the backsplash and a framed mirror.
