We’ll send you a questionnaire to gather information about your project
You’ll send us the photos of your space and some basic measurements
We’ll create a design board for your space and listen to your preferences
We’ll email the final design board, the shopping list and set up instructions
WHAT IS E-DESIGN?
eDesign means interior design done entirely online with the aid of graphic and digital tools. eDesign is an affordable solution for those who prefer to do part of the work themselves but need some professional help with the vision. It also gives clients the opportunity to get their home professionally decorated on their budget, time, taste and needs, without incurring in unexpected fees and random invoices!
WHAT IS A MOOD BOARD?
A mood board is a collection of images of furniture, accessories, materials, etc., intended to visually describe a project and to evoke a particular style or concept.
WHEN CAN WE START?
Once you sign up for the Room Makeover Design Board package and your payment is received, we can start your design journey! Since I need to understand your taste, lifestyle and needs to personalize your design plan, you’ll receive a questionnaire to fill out and send back to me.
HOW CAN I SHARE MY PROJECT INFORMATION WITH YOU?
Either via Pinterest or email in case you don’t have a Pinterest account. If you do have an account, we will create a private board where you’ll pin the pictures of your room (from all angles) and of the furniture and accessories you want to keep in your space, your inspiration photos, and any other image that you want to share with me.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE A FLOOR PLAN OF MY SPACE?
It is not necessary to provide a floor plan for this service, however, I may need to ask you to provide some important measurements whereas I think they are a crucial element for the design.
HOW LONG IS IT GOING TO TAKE?
Once I have all the project information, you’ll receive the first mood board within 5 business days. At that point, we’ll talk about your preferences and we’ll exchange feedback, and with this new information, I’ll start the first revision. If necessary, a second revision will be done. Any additional revision will be subject to an extra fee of $75 to be paid in advance.
Once you approve and are happy with the items on the design board, I will create the set up instructions and the shopping list. You’ll receive everything within 5 business days.
All in all, your design journey should only take about 2 weeks! However, the amount of time to complete a project mainly depends on the quality of the communication. I guarantee a response to your questions within one business day (Monday to Friday). However, if for any reason there is a lack of communication greater than 30 days, Creating Interiors reserves the right to end the project.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE ROOM MAKEOVER DESIGN BOARD PACKAGE?
Construction documents are not provided with the Room Makeover Design Board package which has to be used as a visual reference only. All design plans are for decor and DIY projects only. Also, we do not offer installation or assembly.
