Home staging tip: What’s missing in this staging? The answer is the chairs around the kitchen table. Why? It could be for many reasons: the seller’s limited budget, the unavailability of the furniture, or simply a design choice. Whatever the reason, sometimes it is ok to stage the table without using the chairs around it. The presentation still looks nice and welcoming, and it doesn’t change the overall perception of the house.
