Home staging tip: If you look at this picture you probably wonder why we decided to place the desk at a slight angle in the center of the room instead of parallel to the wall with art. The reason is simple: we needed to add a floor lamp in the corner and the only two outlets available were either the one right under the pictures or the one under the window. Since the one under the pictures would have been too visible as you entered the room, we decided to use the one under the window with the intent to disguise it by placing the furniture in front of it. Sometimes it is impossible to hide or disguise the electrical cords, however, my suggestion is that you should try it whenever you have the chance since they are not aesthetically appealing.
