Home staging tip: Staging and de-staging a home is like moving in and out of a new house within a few days (at least in today’s market). Not many people realize that the job of a home stager involves a lot of packing and unpacking, lifting and loading boxes, bubble wrapping fragile objects and so on. It is basically a move but on a smaller scale. This is why home stagers tend to always improve and optimize things as they go. One of these things is to use canvas artwork as often as possible. Why? Because they are extra lightweight (I mean, you can literally lift them with your pinky), they don’t have glass that breaks easily and you can hang them using only one tiny nail, which makes the homeowner happy since the wall won’t show any big hole once the house will be de-staged. Plus, big oversized artwork makes a great visual impact, especially on large walls.
