Staging

Family before-adj Family staged adj 2

First impression is the key when it comes to selling your home. Statistics show that it takes 3 to 5 minutes for an average buyer to walk through a house. During this short time potential buyers will perceive whether the house can become their home or not. This is why it is crucial to make a great first impression.

Staging vacant homes gives buyers a way to visualize their furniture (and their lives!) in the house.

Walking through a vacant house doesn’t provide the emotional impact that comes from a house that has been staged. Keep in mind that buyers will consider only those homes that they feel emotionally attracted to! Besides, it is a fact that furnished homes sell faster than vacant homes.

Today sellers and real estate agents understand that home staging is not just the winning approach to take when selling a house, but also (and especially) that the investment made in staging a home is definitely less expensive than the first price reduction.

Depends on each project. Bids are free.
