Consultation

Most of the time a redesign is preceded by a consultation. The goal of a consultation is to give the clients directions on how to prepare their home before putting it on the market.

It usually lasts two to three hours and during this time I walk through the house with the clients, take some pictures, with their permission, and point to everything that has to be highlighted or adjusted in order to show the house at its best.

This may include suggestions about removing clutter, moving and/or storing furniture, painting one or more rooms, fixing parts of the house that need to be improved and so on.

I give the client the option to take notes during this process or I do it myself and then email them a written report.

At the end of a consultation the client has all the information necessary for a “do it yourself” staging.

Fees:

Consultations cost $250. A written report is an additional $50.
