Home staging tip: This family room was located right in front of the entry door, which means that when you opened the door the first thing you saw was the back of the sofa. But that wasn’t the only thing that didn’t work. Overall, the room wasn’t welcoming. This is why we decided to add a second sofa, a rug, another lamp and some pillows, by keeping, at the same time, some of the owner’s items. The right accessories can definitely make a room look and feel cozier.
