Home staging tip: Every time we stage, we take extra care not to damage anything within the property, particularly when it comes to hanging art on a wood panel wall. First, we chose some very light art, which allows us to use a thinner nail. Second, we hammer the nail where the two panels join. Lastly, we use wall decorations that can be hung in many different ways, without having one single spot for the nail. Such as this wrought iron flower, for example, that can be hung either at the tip of the petals or in the center. This makes it possible to adjust its position according to where the nail is placed.
